Return and Refund Policy

At Tele IT Solutions, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. To facilitate a smooth return or exchange process, we have outlined our policy below.

Return Window

We offer a 2-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 2 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please ensure your product remains in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Be sure to include the invoice during the return pickup process, as it is necessary for processing.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted under specific circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or you received the incorrect item
  • The product’s seal is broken upon delivery.
  • The product’s seal is broken upon delivery.
  • The product has expired before delivery.

Please note that items purchased during a sale period or those categorized as gifts are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

If your return qualifies, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your designated address. You will receive a notification regarding the expected pickup date. For exchanges, a replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.

Cancellation Policy

You may request order cancellation only if the product has not yet been shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund. Tele IT Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with your personal or financial information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its arrival and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 5-7 days.
